Worst Service/Gouging

I booked Easy cabs on Oct 4th for their 800 Rs/40 kms/4 hours package. Not only the driver overcharged us (Actually extorted double the amount – Rs 1600) but also passed racist comments. I’m since been calling everyday to their customer care to get my hard-earned money back but they are simply not responding even after sending the scanned copy of the bill.
