Cancellation of booking/ worst cab service

Hi,

I had booked a cab on 1st August booking reference number 2300. Post receipt of booking confirmation the cab did not arrive even 45 minutes after scheduled time. On calling customer service i was informed that the booking is cancelled. On calling the customer service again, I was informed the cab would arrive in 10 minutes. After 1.5 hours from the scheduled time, on calling customer service again, I was informed that the driver would take another 30 minutes and this time they were speaking the truth.

With car rental service used, more often than not, for critical travels like to Airports/ Railway Stations, a cab service with such disregard for customer should be stopped.

No thanks for the most unreliable cab service in the country.
