PATHETIC SERVICE & WORST BEHAVIOUR FROM VITESSE ANDHERI

Had Bought a EECO 5 SEATER AC on 6th July... Twice Vehicle was Down & had to call Maruti On Road service... After 2nd Service also Vehicle was Down within 10days??? Complaining to Head Office also gone in Vain... they are Not Replacing the Battery??? as per them Battery is fine even though vehicle was down twice... they are telling that its got 2 years warranty so again when it gives problem they will change it??? I don't understand whats the point then if after 2 bad experinces you are not listening the complain now, whats the gurantee that you will listen in future also... first would like to understand the limit of complains after which you will replace the battery... if its 10times or 20times in 2yeras or more... pls elaborate to all the customers first at the time of selling it... Pathetic Behaviour from Vitesse Andheri & Its a Worst Mistake to Buy A MAruti Suzuki Car from there... Irritating & Annoying Behaviour of seniors in Vitesse also Not Acceptable by a Genuine Customer... I already have SX4 which i have bought from Bangaluru but never faced a single problem in 4years... if this Complain Helps Others, then too will be Satisfied... atleast in Future you guys Can't Fool other Customers...
