Regarding Repai

I brought an EECO van on 23rd of December. from one of your dealer in vytila, Cochin, Kerala . after few days i got an accident. I could break the car by applying the break but it did skid forward and hit on the back side of another car. it was not a major accident but minor . i sent the van to the same dealer for repairing on 16 th of December.. Now almost one week over, nothings happened. keep on telling excuses and postponing the repair time. Bonnet has to be changed, not available at present, was the reason.

I have another vehicle Swift has no complaint so far (it was with me last 5 years)
