CASHLESS FACILITIES NOT GIVEN IN THE INSURANCE CLAIM

I would like to inform u that claim No 60205076/9030649 against Maruti Insurance Company is lying pending since March and the Insurance Company has delayed which is against the rules and regulations of the Insurance Companies. Due to delay in the claim the car service centre has refused to provide cashless facilities which is again contrary to the existing rules of the Maruti Insurance.

I would also like to bring to your notice that the insurance company has appointed VED PRAKASH GAHOI Licence No SAL/597 dt 4-6-1970 as a surveyer who is least interested in processing the case and had written a threatening letter which is illegal. His duty is to help the customer rather then threatening the customer. Hence your personal indulgence in this regard is highly solicited

You are also requested to direct the insurance company to pay the claim at the earliest and also reqeusted to direct the Highway Motor Mhow to hand over the car which has already been repaired by them.
