Received an empty bundal

I have ordered for "Microfiber Premium Wash Mitt Gloves" from the customer "Empire Store" on 08/09.

on cash on delivery basis. The value of the product along with the shipping charges is Rs.269.00. I have received the parcel on 14/09 thru ARAMAX . I payed the amount and received the parcel. When I opened the parcel I found It was empty. Nothing was there inside. The company has purely cheated me.

I request the concerned to take firm action immediately and compensate me for my lose.
