Poor after sale service - wrong commitment

I have purchased i10 in Jul 11 . My 2nd service is due completed 6 months, I have purchased this vehicle from Equity Motors-Rajkot through its Branch at KKV circle. At the time of purchase they committed to pick the vehicle from this place for free service. Service station is 10 Kms AWAY . now they are saying pick up is chargeable.
