Changing the Delivery Date

I have had a very bad experience with Indus Motors, Chennai after I booked Swift Dzire Zdi. Even though there is a waiting period for this vehicle because of the fast moving, the Sales Officer - Mr. Gopalakrishnan had given the false assurance and false hope that the car will be delivered within 10 days. Based on his commitment, I have processed my loan with HDFC Bank, Chennai and everything is made ready. At the time of disbursement, Indus Motors is asking me to buy accessories worth Rs.30, 000/- else they will not give the delivery. I did speak to the TL/send a complaint to Maruti but no response. The customer service is pathetic and my request is please do not associate with Indus Motors. They cheat the customers while giving delivery.
