Cancellation of e ticket not done by the agent inspite of repeated request

I had asked a agent to book my train ticket and he had issued a ticket with customer id 0351993850 and pnr no 4230029487 from thrissur to mangalore on 27th .due to some reasons i want to prepone the trip to 26 th parasuram express.this agent inspite of repeated request has not cancelled the ticket.i have booked the return ticket for 26th but not able to cancel the 27 th ticket.what can be done on this agent?
