Debits Without eTicketing

Dear sir,

This is to informed you that, I AJAI SINHA was trying to get e Tickets in Trrain no 18191 (Utsarga exppress) by my id no.sinha_612, on 28th june in evening, And as soon as I clicked filing all my details of SBI debit card details to pay, Irctc site became off line. Then I tried once again with same process after logging my mail id and password, but again as I clicked to pay,

after few secondsit was again offline, and in both time No tickets was booked to me.

but money of Both trials, Rs519 of each Total Rs 1038 were deducted from my account at 18:28 PM and and 18:39 PM, on 28th june.

Though I booked my my all required Tickets further in next trials, and got its confirmations on my mail id, ie ajay_summit@yahoo.co.in and all transitions Reports on my Mobile no 09450025480.

I assure you That above said two transiyions of Rs 1038 debited from my accont is wrong,

I requests you Kindly credit the same ammount to my accont and inform me the same
