Not delevering the gas at the right time

Myself Sunil yadav residents of HIG 43 preetam nagar... allahabad has registered the booking for the gas supply at the above mentioned gas agency on 22nd of december but hasn't got that till today 5th of feb. The mentioned company is responsible for the delay in the gas supply.
So I request to take some action regardin this.
