Non-delivery of cylinde

I have bharat gas connection. My consumer number is 44961. I had booked cylinder with Excel gas agency, Vashi on 24th Feb. Today is 5march we have not received the cylinder as yet. The Woman who sits to attain the phone gives evasive replies. and One more thing to mention is no one is ready to answer the phone though there are enough staff to answer the phone I have personally witnessed the scene that the phone keeps on ringing with low volume kept and then gets disconnected, Sorry to say but avery pathethic service is provided by this agency on behalf of Bharat gas. I dont know what action will be taken against this agency. Its a humble request to you please do the needful all the consumers are fed-up of your service
