Battery fault

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I've purchased one new exide battery, MFD code 2K82, Serial no. 051578, for my motorcycle (Pulsar, 150 cc) one month before with Rs. 1200/- from Maa Kaali Battery House, Exide dealer at Chanda More, but it does not work properly (self start is not working, head light is not working and horn is also not working), But with other well conditioned battery the before mentioned actions are done beautifully. Dealer is informed about the problem and already one warrenty claim is done, but the battery was returned saying that the battery condition is ok. The problem still exists, dealer is ignoring the problem.

Pl help me.
