Exide Battery
Eplacement of battery

I am an unfortunate person to buy an Exide battery (12 MF 5 LB with S.No: 2901622-219) for my Honda Aviator vehicle N: AP29AD 3078 on 23-01. You people claim that the batteries are maintenance free and infact I am repenting myself for buying this brand. The battery is getting discharged every week and already 4or 5 times were recharged. The dealer K.B. Battery Centre, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, is not replacing it saying that 5lb batteries are out of stock. You know that these scooters are difficult to drive with kick start in heavy traffic and are great inconvenience. I have spent Rs 1050 which is a small amount but your reputation is at stake because of dealer. I request you to instruct the above dealer for immediate replacement of the battery.
