Exide car battery
Attery malfunctioning under warrenty period

I purchased a exide car battery from a local dealer in chennai.from the day one it has been giving me problem it would go dead once we stoop and restart the car.several times we contacted the dealer everytime he would test the battery showing the levels are above 12 and battery is good.but the fault was because of the cell inside the battery, it seems and it would not be detected by testing.now the dealer ask me to give new battery taking the old one for 200 rupees.it is still under warrenty period.dealers say 3years warrenty that case every time we went they were doddging and postponing the time.pls give us a solution
