Part of deposite money withheld

Hi,

I had booked an i20 last year on august 15th nite at 8:00 PM by paying the deposit amount of 10, 000/-. But my parents decided not to take loan and so i had to cancel the booking which i did the next day morning 9:00 AM. The sales person name is Madhan and he wouldnt have even told his manager about this in such short time, but he claimed that he entered in system and so i will get only 7, 000 back. That too he didn give it the next day itself.. I waled almost 10 days to the showroom and shouted and fought. then after 20 days he came and gave just by telling one sorry.

pathetic service. i lost 3, 000 just for the sake of choosing a hyundai product, not even buying it. Worst showroom.
