Express-IT couriers
Inefficient

My ICICI bank Credit card got damaged, and they said the would replace it within SEVEN working days. Not counting the day I lodged the complaint, or Sundays (non-working days) and public holidays, today is the TENTH (10th) working day. Is this a courier company or do they make their workers walk to delivery addresses? I am really disappointed in a) Express-IT Couriers services, and b) ICICI bank's choice of courier company. I mean Citibank uses Bluedart couriers. They aren't morons. But ICICI proves yet again, in India, you can be a retard and rule the country.
