Dear Sir.

I have bougt a faber chulla 4 burner from chaudhary crockery house, ludhiana

The flame was coming out of burner, then we complaint about it to the faber ludhiana office and then they changed the stand.but it is also not working well.it takes a long time to burn the vessel and due to this there is lot of wastage of gas.

and second problem is the burner gets off itself while something is kept on it and causes leakage of gas.due to this any incident can occur.

so i request you to see to my problem and give solution as soon as possible.
