Efund of fare

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked one air ticket by IC 602 from DEL to BOM on 08-09. The Booking ID was FLT00006311344. No PNR generated. The seat was not confirmed due to system error. I had lot of inconvenience that time. However, I tried a lot to take assistance of your customer care service but to no avail. No body was able to extend any help that time rather they adopted dilatory tactics in solving the problem. Later on, I called for refund of the fare and it was assured to be done within seven working days. After elapse of eight months, I am still waiting for the refund of Rs. 4544/-. Can you please help me to get my refund or I should get it through Consumer Court.
