Not giving my Original Registration Copy

Good Evening

Iam bhaskar from ayanavaram i had taken two wheeler loan at family credit on Aug out of 23 EMI i had paid 19 EMI's still they are not giving my Original RC book and i conformed that the RC book had recived by the bank peoples at the shoe room at adayar and went to the family credit branch and meet Mr Rajenderan he said that bank is not reponsible for the lost of RC book the bank people had last my original RC book and i made complaint to family credit customer sevice but there is no responce, some un autirised persone are coming to residence to seize my vehicle that to early morning, some people coming to children school by following me while i leave my children at scholl, last 6 months back iwent to Chengelpet with my family 6 person blocked me at the road to take my vechicle

I want this problem to be sloved take necessary acton
