Booking system is not known

Dear Team,

We are unable to book our GAS cylinder from last one week. There hotline number is no more in service and customer is not being informed.

Yesterday, my mother has visited their work station and they have provided the pamphlet of their organization to book your GAS cylinder using this and shows no interest for booking.

Since yesterday i am calling their 24 helpline number i.e 9781324365 to book my gas cylinder but following every step of IVR, i got the response "Sorry we are unable to process your request, pls contact your GAS agency. (after deducting balance of 25 paisa for every call).

Inspite of this i am calling at the hotline number "N" number of times at 01722734864 but no body is responding.

I am getting very harrassed. Either they people suggest us to contact where. Pls take strict against this company who is not at all cooperative to their customers.
