Unruly and Rude behavior of drunken drive

Hi,

This is regarding an untoward incident which happened during a home drop from Chennai airport to a point near East Tambaram @ 12:00 am on 20 Dec. Besides the driver being drunk, he used foul language complaining about bad roads near those areas. I was accompanied by another lady (Ramya) getting down near Christ King Convent.

This is to bring to your attention that, I made this caution about the roads being a bit difficult for plying was already brought to notice to the representative from billing counter. He promised no unlikely events would happen during the travel. The driver tried to intimidate me by driving real rash and switched off the vehicle adamant to move on from there asking me to walk the remaining distance.

Eventhough Fast Track had charged heavily (Rs. 450 - East Tamabaram), I ended up walking quite a distance.

I need a proper explanantion on this regard and do the needful.
