Unethical charges, Very Poor work and misbehaviour by their Employees

Just today I have given my Maruti Alto Car bearing Reg. No' UP 14 AQ 2160 for paid services to Fast Track Maruti Service centre at Sector 5 Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.

The car was in very good condition, but now there are lot of scratches on it, just for a normal service they have charged Approx Rs. 5000. is there any fixed charges for Car service or everyone can ask any amount for the service from the customers.

when i complained the same to their so called authorities, everyone was very busy even no one was ready to listen my complaints and problems.

I request the forum to take action against these type of centres and pls ask them to refund the amount which they have taken from me and repair my car which they have damaged during the service.
