Pathetic and unprofessional attitude

I experienced lowest grade of service experience with India's most reliable florist "FERNS and PETALS".

I placed an order on 10.03.11 for a next day express delivery with order no. "700667434" and getting a message on next day evening (5 pm) of 11.03.11 that your order cannot be delivered because destination is far off and leaving no option for me to do something about it.

It was very much critical to have a delivery due to some personal reason.

What the hell these people were doing for one day?

It is shocking to know that this is the best they can do for customer by adding a chocolate and deliver one day after promised date. It showed highly unprofessional attitude.

I'll never use their services and neither recommend anyone to use it

Pls, recommend me something so that i can address this issue further.
