Defective car sold which has safety concerns

A fiat punto car sold to me by fiat has very very poor pickup at second gear which is a safety concern while driving to hill stations and driving through traffic jams.this car is not fit as per indian conditions.

all the other cars of the same price category sold in this country don, t have this issue.

the car also has very poor average, making this a deal of frustration for me. no value nor performance.

i have invested 5 lacs and it is now affecting my health.
