Complaint regarding serious careless jo

Hi,

I am using fiet palio & it get service from Dynamic Palio noida, All major job has been done. After service during road test i have complaint regarding from engine side noise. But advisor said it is not serious all belts pulleys we have replace thats why its comes & will resolve after some time.but the noise can not stop.yesterday night i was driving with my family in Gurgaon same noise comes from engine side but very heavily i stopped my car immediately and found my engine got seized.

Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. My car no is DL4CP4017
