Is not returning my token money

Dear Sir,

I went to First Choice, located at Kishangarh - JNU Road, to purchase a used car on finance, a car was finalised on the finance option, they told to make a token money against booking, I paid Rs.20, 000/- for the same. Secondly, they told me to submit the documents to get the rest amount financed. I provided all the documents. There was a commitment from First Choice people that they will get the finance amount cleared within a week time but three weeks went in vain but they were not able to get the loan approved. Finally when I asked what is the status of the loan they said that your loan is not approved, when asked to refund the token money they said us to take the refund from the court. I am really helpless, please help me. Thanks, S.K Ojha
