Non delivery of consignment no - J71144912 Date: 12/03/11

Hi,

I have send courier through your courier services vide consignment no: J71144912 Date: 12/03/11

This courier has still not delivered, meanwhile I have tried Corporate Office and Reginal Office numbers repeatedly since Monday (13/03) onwards but nobody even pick up the phone. Is this a customer service or just playing with the time without any service? This is leading a very bad image about the well known and renouned courier services.

If no action will be taken today, I will bound to start flashing this message around the India via channelised network which will definetly bring the right picture of the First Flight among the potential customers.
