Flight Delay
Missed the air india flight from Delhi to Abu Dhabi due to late of IC878 ON 30.10.2010

Dear Sir,

I am Ashok Kumar Dhal. I had booked ticket AUH-DEL-BBI (8.10.2010)/BBI-DEL-AUH (30.10.2010) in Air India/Indian air lines. My Airlines PNR is HCBJH (0981600990006) and resevation code -PQBV2O.Day after Yesterday IC878 -BBI was late by 2 hrs. I also informed to airport manager in BBI.They told we will send massage. In domestic teminal-Delhi also was not listing my problem. They also not arranged taxi for Terminal -3 Delhi. When I reached there I had time 30 minutes only. FinalLy I missed the Del-Auh AI-841 flight. In teminal -3 also nobody listened to me. They sent me separate/separate counter. Finally they arranged me AI-747 DEL-Dubai. But there was no arrangement from Dubai to AUH. So I lost time and money. Yesterday I sent a mail to customer support@airindia.in but there is no reply yet.
