Delay and harrassment of courie

Hi,

My courier dated 02/04 POD no. 34175809, dispatched from B.S.City has not reached ever 07/04. I tried calling their NOIDA official so many times. But, he gave poor responses. above all, he cut my phone in between just to escape hassle as he failed to give service. I missed my money due to them but they are not responding well. I advise everyone not to use this courier service because they do not value their commitment.
