POOR MILAGE AND ENGINE AUTO STOP

I have purchase Flyte sym in April. One year complete in this April but my vehicle is not given good performance in this eleven month.number of problem in Flyte are following:

1.Mileage is only 26 to 28 KM PL.

2.Shocker leak

3.Battery down.

4.Starting Trouble.

5.Ground clearance very low

6.Engine Stop in running condition in city or any place in city.

etc... please solve my problem otherwise i sold my Flyte.
