POOR SERVICE

Today morning i left my Maruthi Dzire VDI model TN 33 AM 7799 for regular paid service at Erode Ambal Autos. The service supervisor Mr. Gnanasekar gave voluntary advise to me to do AC service, i accepted it.

In the afternoon he called me and told that the headlight switch should be replaced, on which i didnt tell any complaints when i left the car for service. it was working well. He told that when they check there is a possibility of failure of the switch. Further he added that there is no spares available right now. They delivered the car without rectifying the problem which was created by them. No head lights now..!
