Poor service

No doubt Ford India is one of the best car producer in the world... but the service they provide... is worst.

I met with an accident in which i got my left headlight, front bumper and left fender damaged i rushed to the agency immediately, when talked to the officials regarding that they told me that they need at least 5 working days to complete the job because the these spares are "OUT OF STOCK" I didnt negotiate with that... now my car in workshop and 10 days have passed and, company is not able to repair my car... you can well imagine the harassment and the amount of time I wasted just to get 3 items changed in my car

3. fender

I think a strict action should be taked against NCR Ford for the harassment they have caused to me
