Issue of service

Dear Micheal,

i regret to inform you that none of the promises, mentioned in your SERVICE PLEDGE are being adhered to by your team, atleast not at Capital Ford, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I have nothing personal against Ford nor Capital however i have been taken to task by these guys in the past couple of weeks and i have finally given up coz i neither have the time nor the inclination to keep bickering about mundane issues such as this. I am staying at Cuttack and regular for my office but for a tiny problem i visited more then two times and finally got nothing and i was there to listen there is no spare parts. If Capital Ford is single Show room in Odisha, it has to maintain its own advantages for betterment of coustmers. But finally you failed. So just make make me clear, how many times again i have to visit Capital Ford and stand in those Que only for a little combiner switch.
