Steering and allignment fault

The steering coulmn of my ford figo has been changed by jammu ford for therre times but didnot diagnose the problem and the front two shockers are very noisy. They always take a hammer and hit them without diagnosing the particular problem. The allignment of the car goes out after every 700 or 800 kms..And the car has licked all the tyres... Now again the steering coulmn is giving noise an d the allign has also gone out. The cocerned authorities are not serious to sort out the problem...
