SERVICE ISSUE

We have FORD ENDEAVEOR (HR51AD0054) on my dad name Satbir singh yadav model no (Augus10). AT time of our second free service service center lost our service book. it was there when we handed over the vehicle to them for service. but after service when we checked, service book was lost. they told that they will send new fresh service book in day or two. but surprisly they didn't send for 3 month. when we went there for 3rd service they clearly refused & charged labour against FRee service. We contacted CHennai office. they told us that they will sort it out. but unfurtunetly no response came up. now they even not servicing our vehicle.

we are being forced to accept the situation. Dealer name is NCR FORD (Faridbad).

kindly help us or suggent should we go legal against them
