Unawability of parts

As i have purchase a ford fiesta from narain ford, and from the very begining i m suffering from after sale services the spares are not available at the narain ford and the service engineers r not trained they r not able to diagnose the problem.

there was some noise from the wheels the engineer said its because of tyres u have to replace all tyres we did it but then also there was sound then they said its from bearings then i asked then to replace bearings but then there was no bearings in the workshop they take near abt 7- 10 days to replace it.

now yesterday i again send my car to work shop because of air conditioner is not working and car was heating the engineer said the fan is not working and it needs a change of fan. but again he said that its not available in store n it will take 8-10 days.

so i request u have a look at narain ford lucknow because now many of ur customers r unsatisfied like me. and it is damaging the company goodwil and then its effect ur sale.

my car regestration no is UP32 CP 5878 stating at narain ford work shop lucknow

plz reply back to what u can do to help me out because i m suffering lots of problems without the car.
