I purchased ford fiesta on 14.10.2010 and i given first service at tirupati service point and on my car one dent accres and i shifited my car to nellore deler with my own cost, while purcahse my car they given assurence for any compliance they take care, but practicly they charged money to shiftig of car and i go for 2nd service one of head light bule not performed well i given complaint and they told very recless the vehcile require servy in for chage of warenty light if not comes to nellore they unable to attended my complint, for the cost of bulb i may spend RS.- nearly, if realy they give custmer service they can change bulb here it self because it is under warenty, but the people are not responding properly and they given recless answers and it is very hearted, I THINK I MAY NOT GO FOR FORD
