Very poor service

Im jayakodi karthikeyan,

my mom brought a ford fiesta car, every time it goes to service it comes back with other problems.

recently it went for service and they never checked the battery and suddenly two days time battery is down.

if we request the service person to pick up the car they hesitate and prolong and after making calls a dozen time they respond.actually the previous service provider for the vehicle was equally bad and the new service provider doesnt make it any bette
