Lost my original driving licence from the showroom

Sir,

i gave my vehicle for first service at ford kottayamon nov 2. at that time aperson from showroom took my original rc book, insurance paper and driving licence. first they took 11 daya to deliver my vehicle. at the time of delivery (10. 30) showroom person gave me rc book and insurance paperand told that he as left licence at showroom (nov 12). i went to the shwroom next day. their they searched for 45min and told the person cincerned was on leave (nov 13). on nov 14 they still search. now on nov 16 they are telling that i have given only photocopy of the license.

this is the story i want to bring it to the notice of ford india. it is very unprofessionnal of dealing with the customer. to get away from the fact that they lost license they are telling lies and going the unethical way.
