Dear Sir,

My name is Kamini R patel and car no GJ6 DQ 5936

We have heard a lot about ford and was under impression that they provide good service as their products, but i am disappointed, sorry to say so.

My free seat cover which already they told me but after 4 months I have not received from kargo and also RC book.

In followup of RC book they told me it is in our office but they hadnot call me or informe me which is very urgent for me for loan purpose. So I want information about when cargo has received this RC book and after my followup they told me yesterday i.e 27/1 they received.its fact or not thats I don't no but my pending all works urgnetly
