Tyre noise

I have purchased Ford Ikon Deisel in the month of Dec-08, and very after 7 months of purchase, I have complaint to Harpreet ford regarding tyre noise on 14-07, they said it is a normal noise, and after tis again in te month of august (19-08-09) i made the same complaint, they checked the bearing and said the same thing that it is tyre noise, and now they people are saying it is a tyre mfg defect & I need to change the tyres at myy own cost.

I just want to say that if it is mfg defect than it is a dealer or Ford Company responsibility to get the solution of my complaint.
