Ford Ikon Diesel
Poor service

I have bought ford ikon tdci... last year in june and since then they are providing very poor service... they impose too much labour charge and though my car was in warranty they took money for replacing one of a gear switch in my car by saying that this part does not come in warranty... and i have also complained for the steering problem... but they are not replacing it though i have complained it in january when my car was in the warranty period... the manager of the workshop doesn't cares...
