I own a Ford Fiesta ZXI Petrol since last 2 years, Capital ford owns the worst manpower in bhubaneswar with regards to its manpower & service quality... They ask for payment for car break down services & demand outsourced service beside the ford billing... These should be eradicated to improve the service quality in bhubaneswar... Requires immediate attention for improvement & customer satisfaction.
