Poor Service of dealers at service station

Dear Sir,

We are having ford fiesta and Ford Endeavour. Our nearest dealer is Rajkot eagle ford. During selling of car they manage very well and they are expert but during the time of service of cars they never have any spare parts with them. Infact they are bound to keep stock of each and every spare parts specially the common parts to be there but they don't bother for same. They are behaving like commission agent and they order as and when require. for minimum alteration they keep cars for 3-4 days. Noone is responding promptly.
