Exploitation of consumer against service

I am a customer of Ford fiesta from 2007.I have my service requirements supposed to done by capital ford, Bhubaneswar. But there dealing with consumer is unparliamentary. Even they are giving us threatening of not fulfilling service requirements.i have my vehicle broken down from last 7 days but they haven't given any attention to my problem.they asking me pay 1 lac rupees in advance.they have already the public hatred.

If this thing continues ford india might loose its goodwill in the market.

Therefore i urge your immediate action to this matter.
