Hi,

its atit barbhaya.i had purchased maruti suzuki a-star and got delivery on 9 jan from fortpoint 'ghodbunder road thane.

and mr tushar shire was the sales executive who dealed with me v had build a good relation in that transaction. A week back he called me saying he needs my car as some office executive and sales staff had to go for picnic, as i did not needed it for tht day so i lended it.they have demaged my car from the drivers seat dere is a dent in it.the silencer makes noise while driving.they told me dere is a alignment problem in my car so they will service it for me. i said ok, i was supposed to get my car on monday of which i got it on 5th july, and while delivering it the told me tht they have demaged my car and will do it on dere behalf. after trying hard i m not being able to contact mr tushar shire, his ream leader his no is 9594974569 tells me he is sending the person today, tomorrow. i dont know whts hapenning. Am i being fooled

its the buty of the mr tushar shire to get my problem solved.

its realy a pity to trust any body from fortpoint.
