Brake Issue

This finds reference to a Maruti Suzuki Swift ZXi model purchased in February. Since the beginning I have been complaining on breaking issue at every service. My car has run 20000 kms during this period and have raised this issue every time. I have been given the assurance every time that the issue is resolved but it keeps coming back 2- 3 days after the service.

The reason I am raising this issue here is because the break slips during sudden breaking and does not stop as desired. This can lead to grievous accident in case it is not set right.
