Didn't pay insurance amount

I have shifted my luggage from Delhi to Hyd. Even though the luggage was small they charged huge amount. They said for shifting the whole house we take much lesser amount than shifting 10 cases. We agreed and the luggage was moved to Hyderabad.

After receiving the luggage we opened the cases and most of the cockery is broken. The person who came to give the luggage said, i will send the person for checking for claiming the insurance. The person said we could only give some amount as per the norms but not all. He didnt agree even though the whole damaged goods are before him. He said provide the bills and we will reimburse that. Once called up to collect the bills and collected them. He said we give a cheque directly to home and you sign a paper that you recived it. We believed in the person, who is talking so loyally and we signed the paper.

After that when ever we call him to know the status o the cheque he says the cheque is still under progress. His name is patel. 6 months passed but still no news of the cheque.

These agarwal movers are very big cheats and they dont pay back the insurance. Even though it is paid by insurance people, may be these people have eaten away the money.

These people should be punished and teach a proper lesson.
