Ganesh Cars Maruti Suzuki Dealer
Orginal Documents R.C, License and Insurance not returned

Dear Sir,

My Maruti Dzire vehicle met accident last month and took my vehicle to Ganesh Cars, Kanchipuram for service with ICICI claim form. They requested me the original documents (R.C, License, and Insurance) to be provided to cross check by Insurance agent for claim approval.

In that way, I have provided my documents (original) to them. But, when I took my vehicle delivery back (25/10) - they failed to give my originals and conveyed me that, the vehicle was reparied in their main branch in vellore and originals are with vellore work shop manager.

The promised me to provide the documents next day .. But till date, they are not able to provide the document. Please advise, how to handle this case and how to retreive, the original documents from dealer.
